I almost didn’t write this post. It’s 10 past midnight, and been pushing this back for several hours… days.
The goal was to share more updates regularly, but now we are half way past January and I barely had a chance everything that has been going on.
In less than 24 hours we have our first show of 2024, where we’ll be presenting our original songs from our upcoming debut album, Remember Your Divinity. This will be our first time ever sharing all these songs together in public, and marks a key milestone in Divino BetSatori’s musical journey.
The live music show is today, Friday, January 19th, from 6pm to 8pm at BOCO Cider Boulder.
Best part is we get to share the stage with some great musicians. Nick, Todd, and Dan have been elevating these songs, and every time we play together it sounds better and better. It’s quite an experience to witness these song’s journey, and I am curious to continue to how they are received by our growing audience.
… Looking for words to describe how I feel, there is much I want to say, and much I want to do. I try to not get caught in the drama of it all, and while a part of me understands it’s all passing show, another part is exploding with passion, creativity, and drive.
I often wonder if I am dedicating too much attention to the Divino BetSatori project. If perhaps I should be more “responsible” and work on growing my health and wellness business.
And at the same time, the work for DBS seems to have an ease and flow to it, sometimes feeling like it is in auto-pilot, as if it was being guided by a greater force.
This has become more apparent in the last few months, after receiving over 50 applications from people interested in becoming part of the band. Feels like the wind is on our backs. 🙂
… I like thinking that it’s because the universe wants this project to succeed, for the mantras and the songs to get out there, into the hearts and ears of the people, all of us, who need to remember, our divinity.
